Lindsay Lohan's house robbed and ransacked

Word from TMZ is that Lindsay Lohan's home was broken into yesterday and the robbers left a real mess.

Law enforcement sources say at around 3 p.m. Tuesday, the alarm company for the house notified cops that the alarm had been tripped. When police arrived, there was evidence of a break-in: pry marks on the back door and tampering with the back window.

They could not tell if anything was stolen but the place sure looked ransacked.

Now one law enforcement source tells TMZ ... it doesn't look like the house was ransacked after all ... "it was just messy"!!!!!

The LAPD is conducting an investigation into who could have been foolish enough to have fired the maid.

Paris Hilton's cars vandalized and neighbors call the cops

Paris Hilton threw a big bash Monday night at her home in the Hollywood Hills.

The house has been under renovation for a long time and she's just moved back in.

So, naturally, she needed a huge "welcome Paris back" to the 'hood soiree that lasted until approximately 4 a.m. Tuesday.

Her neighbors were not amused. Some of them finally called cops about the noise just before the party broke up.

But, according to TMZ, some neighbors now think revenge was exacted.

A half-dozen expensive cars -- two Bentleys, two Maseratis and a $1.4-million Bugatti Veyron -- on that block were keyed and egged.

Police have reportedly interviewed Paris about the vandalism incident.

Roger Clemens denies his drug addiction

Seven-time Cy Young award winner Roger Clemens once again vehemently denied ever using performance-enhancing drugs by saying it would be "suicidal" given his family's history of heart problems.

"Our family has a history of heart conditions," Clemens said. "My brother had a heart attack in his late 40s. My stepdad died of a heart attack. I mean, it would be suicidal to even think about taking any of these dangerous drugs."

Speaking on a New York area radio show on Tuesday, Clemens also reiterated that he never received drugs from former New York Yankees trainer Brian McNamee.

"It is impossible because he has never given me any," Clemens said. "It is as simple as that. He has never given me (human growth hormone) or any kind of performance-enhancing drug. So it is impossible."

The 47-year-old Clemens' was making his first public comments since testifying in front of the US Congress in February of last year. It also came the same day as the release of a new book "American Icon: The Fall of Roger Clemens and the Rise of Steroids in America's Pastime".

Clemens, who is still the subject of a federation investigation, said he had seen portions of the book written by four New York Daily News reporters and wanted to tell his side of the story as quickly as possible.

The American baseball icon said being at the centre of controversy and scandal has taken its toll.

"You need to get your story out about all this garbage that's being said, and it is important for me to do that.

"I've seen excerpts of the book and they are completely false. What I've read and what I've seen, the portions of it, are completely false. You know guys, it's piling on. It's hurtful at times, but I am trying to move on."

The books authors, Teri Thompson, Nathaniel Vinton, Michael O'Keeffe and Christian Red, have won awards for their ongoing coverage of the Clemens' case.

The former pitcher said his ex-teammate Andy Pettitte "misremembers" details of a discussion they once had about steroids but he still considers Pettitte a friend.

"My reaction is the same as before: Andy misremembers," Clemens said.

Clemens sent his good wishes to former Yankee teammate Alex Rodriguez who has admitted to using performance-enhancing drugs from 2001-03.

"I wish him the best," Clemens said. "I am glad he (admitted to using). I would tell him to move forward and to continue to do what he is doing. But I hope none of the things that he took or anything like that hurt his body to the point where it could hurt his career."

Clemens also joked about coming out of retirement.

"People keep asking me, 'Are you officially retired?' I've done it three times do I need to announce it again. Now that I'm hearing rumblings, I think it's gonna be a competition between myself and Brett Favre. So if he comes back again, then I'm gonna get out on the streets and start hitting the pavement. So we'll see what happens."

Clemens is under investigation by a US federal grand jury that is trying to determine whether he lied when he told a congressional committee that he had not used performance-enhancing drugs.

Victoria Gotti's N.Y. house is shut out

Author and former reality television star Victoria Gotti's $4.2 million Long Island, N.Y., estate is in foreclosure, court records show.

Gotti is the 46-year-old daughter of late reputed mob boss John Gotti. She and her sons starred in a reality series called "Growing Up Gotti," which ran from 2004 to 2005.

The New York Post said Victoria Gotti failed to make two years of payments totaling about $650,000 on a loan secured by a mortgage on her Old Westbury mansion and stands to lose the home she once shared with her ex-husband Carmine Agnello.

"I was awarded full ownership of marital property ... and all I inherited was a house with millions of dollars' worth of debt," Gotti told the Post. "This should finally put to rest all the government lies and rumors that I have $200 million buried in my backyard."

The newspaper said Agnello's attorneys declined to comment on its story.

Miss California "Carrie Prejean" saves her crown despite nude pics

Donald Trump told Tuesday Carrie Prejean can keep her state crown despite the release of semi-naked photos.

Real estate tycoon Donald Trump, who owns the Miss Universe organization, announced at a press conference in New York's Trump Tower that Carrie Prejean "will remain Miss California."

Prejean, 21, risked losing her crown after pictures of her wearing little more than skimpy bottoms appeared on the Internet, despite having stated that she had never posed nude or semi-nude.

"We have determined that the pictures taken are fine," he said. "Some were very beautiful, some were risque, but, again, we're in the 21st century.... In many cases they were actually lovely pictures."

Trump said the photos did not violate her contract as Miss California.

In a tearful statement broadcast live on MSNBC television, Prejean attacked the leak of the pictures, dating to the start of her modeling career at 17, saying she was being victimized for her opposition to gay marriage.

Prejean said there had been "hateful attacks, despicable rumors and false allegations" ever since she responded to a judge's question at the Miss USA contest, where she was runner-up, that she only backed marriage between men and women.

"I am not an activist or anything. Nor do I have a personal agenda. I was thrown into this firestorm from the time I was asked this question on stage," she said.

Prejean denied working for traditional marriage lobby groups.

However, she has become a highly visible, if unofficial, champion of the cause at a time of growing national debate. Supporters claim that she lost the Miss USA crown only because of her stand.

California is locked in controversy on the issue, with voters in November backing a constitutional change to overturn a state supreme court ruling that had legalized gay marriage.

New York's state legislature was to debate a possible law allowing same-sex weddings on Tuesday.

'Titanic' stars would help support to last survivor 'Millvina'

Titanic star's Kate Winslet, Leonardo DiCaprio and Canadian director James Cameron will help together to the last survivor of the 1912 ship disaster.

The screen talents have reportedly contributed £22,000 towards the nursing home fees for 97-year-old Millvina Dean.

Millvina's father Bertram Dean lost life after saving Millvina, then two months old, and his wife and son. Following the tragedy her mother returned from New York to Britain.

Earlier this year the pensioner was reduced to auctioning personal belongings and memorabilia associated with the tragedy to cover care costs of £3,000 per month at the Southampton home where she lives.

Millvina's friend Irish author Don Mullan said he was thrilled with the three stars' generous gesture.

"I laid down the challenge to the Titanic actors and directors to support the Millvina Fund and I was delighted with the generosity they have shown in meeting that challenge."

Carrie Prejean may lose her Miss California title

Move over, Carrie Prejean! Runner-up Tami Farrell has been named the new "Beauty of California ambassador"!

The Miss California USA pageant heads held a press conference at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills this morning over the current Miss California debacle.

Of Carrie "Controversy" Prejean, Shanna Moakler, co-executive director of the Miss California USA pageant, stated, "She entered the contest under false pretense,” adding, "Accepting the title comes with the responsibility to represent everyone in her state, not just those who share her opinion."

Apparently, Miss Prejean doesn't even speak to the California officials any longer. In fact, according to the pageant peeps, she's surrounded by "handlers" and advisers" who don't communicate with them about Carrie.

The officials claim that Carrie is no longer doing Miss California events and has not made herself available to them.

So the powers that be have chosen Miss Malibu, Tami Farrell, the 2009 Miss California first runner-up, to be the new Beauty of California ambassador. (Technically, Carrie Prejean is still Miss California -- only Donald Trump has the power to remove the crown).

Frankly, we can't really tell the difference between these two California girls.

Let's hope Tami's reign will be a peaceful and loving one. Wonder what Donald Trump will announce in his press conference tomorrow?

Carrie Prejean Seen Topless with Michael Phelps

Donald Trump is expected to announce the fate of this beauty queen at a press conference tomorrow afternoon.

The release of yet another topless Prejean pic is unlikely to help Carrie keep her crown, however, as the third photo in this quasi-nude collection was published early today by TheDirty.com.

It's shown below, side-by-side-by-side with her other two half-naked pictures. Take note: Prejean may lose her crown NOT due to her stance on gay marriage, but because she lied about the number of lingerie pics she posed for.

Winfrey Ready for Evacuation As Wildfire Rages On

Oprah Winfrey's home in Montecito, California, has reportedly been evacuated as wildfires blaze within a mile of her ranch.

A source tells UsMagazine.com that removal experts have been spotted packing Winfrey's belongings, making sure the talk-show queen and her staff are ready to leave quickly if firefighters insist they get out.

Winfrey was not at the six-bedroom house, which is located just outside of Santa Barbara, on Friday -- because she was taping The Oprah Winfrey Show show in Chicago.

A rep for the media mogul says, "The fires are nearby, but her house is not within the mandatory evacuation area. We're continuing to monitor."

The wildfire began on Tuesday and has driven more than 30,000 people from their homes in Santa Barbara County. More than 80 homes have been destroyed.

Brown Denies Flashed Rihanna Nacked Pics

Chris Brown has shot down gossip speculating that he leaked naked pictures of Rihanna on the Internet, insisting he had nothing to do with the scandal.

A set of snapshots apparently featuring the "Umbrella" singer in various states of undress surfaced online on Friday.

Bloggers speculated that Brown was responsible for leaking the photos following the couple's February feud that left Rihanna battered and bruised.

But the "Kiss Kiss" hitmaker is adamant that he had nothing to do with the photos coming to light.

                                                                                                          Brown Denies & Rihanna

A representative for the star tells Essence.com, "This is both a false and defamatory statement. Chris has not released or 'leaked' any photos of Rihanna (or anyone else for that matter)."

The on/off couple are currently embroiled in a legal case after Brown was accused of felony assault and making criminal threats.

Earlier this week, lawyers for Brown filed papers at a Los Angeles court asking the city's police department to explain how pictures of an injured Rihanna, taken after the alleged altercation, were leaked onto the Internet.
